Early Childhood Center registration for Fall 2017 is now open

Preschool registration is now taking place at Midbar Kodesh Early Childhood Center for the upcoming 2017-2018 school year for children 18 months through pre-K.

The progressive curriculum mixes academic and social development in an environment that is loving and safe. Jewish values of healing the world, participating in acts of kindness and giving charity are taught daily. Shabbat and holidays are celebrated and a love of Israel is instilled. A science lab peeks the curiosity of the youngest child. The school features half and full day programs from 2 to 5 days a week as well as before and after care.

The experienced staff receives frequent development and training. In addition to teaching for intellectual growth, the teaching staff encourages the emotional and social growth that is critical for the youngest student. Students interact with the clergy in formal and informal settings and become comfortable in the synagogue environment.

Family programming and involvement are part of Midbar Kodesh Temple's Early Childhood Center. An active PTO, Club Kehillah and Family Circle offers an opportunity for families to meet each other in a social atmosphere, establishing long term relationships for the parents and children. Club Kehillah hosts Tot Shabbat, and events on and off premises for the children accompanied by a parent. Parents meet to discuss subjects important to raising a child in a Jewish home environment in home hosted programs led by Rabbi Bradley Tecktiel and Wendy Roselinsky.
