Jewish Nevada Film Festival

After a several-year hiatus and a change in management, the Jewish Nevada Film Festival is back.  It started this past Saturday night when we were treated to the premiere of a new documentary called “The Symphony of the Holocaust”.  If you were not able to make it, it is now streaming on a new streaming service, Sunnstream – at www.sunnstream.com It was a touching film about the life of Shony Alex Braun a child prodigy on the violin who composed a symphony in his head as he lived through the last year of World War II and the Holocaust.

There are still several films and showing times for the additional films.  You can catch them this weekend on Saturday night and Sunday.  You can find information about the films and ticket purchases at https://www.jewishnevada.org/filmfestival
