What Activities Are Part Of Our Program?
Each day, we prepare various STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) preschool activities to provide your child with a well-rounded early education and prepare them for the elementary years. Our daily program includes:
Dance/Movement Activities
Developing large motor skills through dance and movement is one way we incorporate following directions, listening, and strengthening muscles into your child’s daily activities and is the beginning of developing rhythm and a musical ear.
Art/Centers
We foster creativity through engaging art projects and creative learning centers that exercise the imagination and promote the early development of fine motor skills. With a variety of styles and activities, your child will learn to express themselves and explore the world around them.
Outside Time
Free play time is very important for a child’s emotional, physical, and social development. We use both inside and outside spaces to promote healthy habits and help them learn how to take turns and pay well with fellow students.
Circle Time/Hebrew
Starting and ending our day as a group helps to foster community and respect for one another. Children spend time as a group learning songs, listening, and getting introduced to important Hebrew words and phrases.
Tuition
We work to make tuition affordable for every family depending on your needs. For our Henderson preschool tuition, we offer several options depending on:
1. The age of your child
2. The number of days your child attends during the week (part-time or full-time)
3. Full-day or half-day enrollment
We believe that learning happens best through interactions with adults, other children, and the environment. We work hard to incorporate these aspects of learning into everyday activities to help your child thrive. For more information about our preschool program please contact us or schedule a tour of the school.
